1  Why do you charge for support?
Well...we offer the community editions for Free. However, support can take a lot of time, and we need to earn money for a living. We will be introducing Forums shortly so that the community can share experiences. Note that we have various support packages to accommodate different needs. Also, please check our documentation section as often you will find the answers there.
2  How do I get support if I buy a support package?
If you have a valid support package, you can send us your question to our support email: email@example.com We operate 8x5 during Spanish working days. We will always try to respond you within the same day.
3  Does your Report module support special fonts? Chinese, arabic, ...?
Yes indeed! Check the administration manual in the Documentation section to install special fonts.
4  After Common Base installation, AlineaSol configuration page is showing php code and not the option it should. I'm having the same Issue with other modules. What can I do?
This issue is related with PHP´s short tags and PHP version.
To fix this, set the following in your php.ini:

5  I migrated from SugarCRM to SuiteCRM and the AlineaSol modules do not work correctly. What can I do?
Migrations to SuiteCRM from SugarCRM sometimes causes issues with our modules.
To fix this issues, follow this steps.
- Uninstall AlineaSol modules that you have installed. Select "Do Not remove Tables"
- Uninstall AlineaSol Common Base. Select "Do Not Remove Tables"
- Install again AlineaSol Common Base, and after that, the rest of AlineaSol Modules that you had.
6  How can I renew any of my Enterprise Licences?
If you want to renew your licence you just have to do this simple steps:
1 - Go to your Administration panel and access to Licensing Information.
2 - Inside this page you will see every licence you own with and option to renew it.
* The license needs to be expired before you make the renewal.
