1  If I buy a module, do I have to pay every year?
When you buy a module, you get the right to eternally use it. You will get 12 months access to upgrades. After that period, you can still continue to use the module, but you willl not hace access to new upgrades. You can buy extensions, at a discount, after the first 12 months. Note that extensions also come with additional free support.
2  Are you guys here to stay?
Our company exists since the year 2000. We have been been in the CRM market for many years now and plan to continue for many years to come. AlineaSol is contributor to various Open Software projects. Also, we deliver full BSS solutions for telco providers in the Mobile Virtual Network (MNVO) industry. Our larger customers have millions of transactions per day.
3  Do your modules run on SugarCRM and SuiteCRM?
Our products run on SugarcRM CE and SuiteCRM. We try to ensure that our modules work well within one month after official new releases (if there are issues). We also support certain versions of SugarCRM 7 Professional edition. Note that our Enterprise products also run on the CE versions of SugarCRM.
4  Are Community modules compatible with Enterprise modules?
Yes indeed. If you upgrade from a Community version to an Enterprise version, you only have to:
- De-install the community version KEEPING the Database
- Install the Enterprise version
Note that for obvious reasons, it does not work the other way around.
5  Do your Enterprise modules work on SugarCRM community edition?
Also, some of our Community Edition modules also run on SugarCRM Pro and SuiteCRM.

6  Why do you charge for support?
Well...we offer the community editions for Free. However, support can take a lot of time, and we need to earn money for a living. We will be introducing Forums shortly so that the community can share experiences. Note that we have various support packages to accommodate different needs. Also, please check our documentation section as often you will find the answers there.
7  How do I get support if I buy a support package?
If you have a valid support package, you can send us your question to our support email: email@example.com We operate 8x5 during Spanish working days. We will always try to respond you within the same day.
8  Can you reports module automatically send reports?
Yes indeed! You can program a report to be sent to a list of recipients. Note that graphics are not automatically generated for these reports (at the moment). You can send though a link so that users can access the CRM and view them.
9  Does your Report module support special fonts? Chinese, arabic, ...?
Yes indeed! Check the administration manual in the Documentation section to install special fonts.
10  My "Add Dashlets" button is not working and gets stuck on "Loading ..." Any fix?
There is a known issue when adding a dashlet to the homepage by using the "Add Dashlets" button, where this operation hangs with the message "Loading ..."
If you applied the previous fix but you still have the problem, check if you have display_errors enabled on your php.ini file. If you do, disable them. This may cause issues when using SugarCRM, as it is stated here, and will prevent problems when parsing AJAX results, as this result may contain unexpected content (errors displayed on screen because of display_errors).
